Intern

As an intern at Finbloom Capital, youll support daily business operations, client onboarding, and data entry tasks. Youll gain real-world experience in Nigerias fintech ecosystem while learning how digital lending works behind the scenes.

• Minimum Qualification : OND
• Experience Level : Internship & Graduate
• Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Responsibilities:

• Assist with loan application processing and KYC documentation.
• Support customer service and respond to client inquiries via phone or email.
• Maintain and update client records and loan disbursement data.
• Collaborate with the operations and credit team to ensure accurate reporting.
Perform administrative duties and support day-to-day office tasks.

Requirements:

• OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Google Workspace).
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
