Internal Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:We are seeking a creative and proactive Internal Marketing Specialist to join our team in Apapa, Lagos. The ideal candidate will drive internal marketing efforts, foster strong internal and external communications, and support brand growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal marketing campaigns to engage staff, boost morale, and align teams with company objectives.
• Coordinate and manage the companys participation in key expos, trade fairs, and promotional events.
• Create engaging content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and digital displays.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies.
• Track and report marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in brand development activities and maintain brand consistency across internal platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing or internal communications, preferably within fintech or financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and content creation tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, startup-style environment.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦450,000.00 per month
