Lead Sourcer

A fast-growing tech company is seeking a Lead Sourcer to drive the discovery and qualification of high-potential leads across multiple digital channels. This role requires strong research skills, digital awareness, and a deep understanding of target personas. Youll work closely with the growth and marketing teams to fuel pipeline efforts and help expand the companys reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify high-quality leads across platforms such as LinkedIn, online communities, directories, and social media.
  • Understand ideal customer profiles and refine search criteria accordingly.
  • Build and maintain organized databases of prospects with accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Use tools like Google Sheets, CRM systems, and lead enrichment software to manage and structure lead data.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, or partnerships teams to align on lead criteria and feedback loops.
  • Monitor sourcing performance and report weekly progress and lead quality metrics.
  • Stay up to date on trends in the fintech and creator economy spaces to improve targeting.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in lead sourcing, research, or sales support (experience in fintech or startups is a plus).
  • Strong online research and data validation skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Notion, or CRM platforms.
  • Ability to analyze lead quality and optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience sourcing creators, small business owners, or digital entrepreneurs.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, or digital platforms targeting creators or SMEs.
  • Knowledge of lead scraping tools or basic automation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦300,000.00 per month
