• Minimum Qualification :

Job Description

• Ensure Due Diligence across all company transactions to avoid Legal and financial implications.

• Negotiate and conclude acquisitions and transactions on behalf of the company at the best obtainable deal.

• Ensure regulatory Compliance and Corporate Governance across company and client transactions.

• Develop and grow relevant relationships across local, state and federal governments, and other stakeholders in the Companys line of business to facilitate smooth operations.

• Ensure title perfection and approvals for all Estates.

• Maintain relations with the companys external solicitors, business associates and other stakeholders.

• Ensure accuracy of all information or correspondence to clients and other stakeholders.

• Build a robust policy framework across all stakeholders and work towards achieving effective Quality and Process Management

• Ensure prompt decision of the management team on key legal issues.

• Team Development Training; Ensuring the team stays abreast of new legislation required for their roles.

• Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties.

• Monitor legal risk in documentation and give guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk.

• Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed.

• Draft, review and manage trusts, contracts, deeds, and all other legal documents.

• Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.

• Facilitate innovative solutions to client problems.

• Manage and oversee Client Relations assistants.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Law

• MUST be familiar and experienced with Property and Corporate Law.

Skills:

• Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents.

• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.

• Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
