Job Summary:

Were seeking an experienced and skilled legal professional to join our team as Legal Counsel. Youll provide expert legal guidance, support, and advice to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, mitigate risks, and protect the companys interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage and mitigate legal risks, and develop strategies to minimize potential liabilities
  • Review, draft and negotiate contracts and agreement

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of legal procedures and court processes
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Proactive, reliable and professional
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
