Listing Agent

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Listing Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Listing Agent, you will be responsible for representing sellers in the sale of their properties. Your primary goal will be to attract and secure listings while providing exceptional service and guidance to clients throughout the selling process.

• Minimum Qualification : Diploma
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selling their properties by providing expert advice on pricing, marketing, and negotiations.
• List properties on real estate platforms and ensure accurate, appealing presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other industry professionals.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about local property values and trends.
• Utilize real estate marketing tools to promote listings and generate leads.
Guide clients through the entire sales process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Listing Agent or similar role in real estate.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in using real estate marketing tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
