Loan Collection Officer

Fad Design Global is a leading outsourcing Company focusing on Printing, Design, Branding and outsourcing Services. we are current looking for a dedicated Loan Collection officer

• Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
• Experience Level : No Experience
• Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
• Working Hours : Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for contacting overdue customers by phone, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• Understand the reasons for overdue customers and make reasonable repayment plans according to company policy and the customers situation.
• Record the collection process and update customer information in a timely manner.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and maintaining customer relationships.
Obey the arrangement of superior leaders and complete other work assigned by superior leaders.

Requirements:

• A minimum of of 0-1 year of experience.
Minimum of SSCE

• Basic salary: 60k
• Bonus: daily bonus, weekly bonus (up to 15k).
