Job OverviewWere looking for a Senior Python Developer with a focus on backend engineering and LLM systems integration. This role involves building production-grade APIs, developing agent-based workflows, and orchestrating language model pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, and related tools.Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust backend services using Python
  • Develop LLM-powered agents and RAG pipelines
  • Build scalable APIs for integrating LLM workflows
  • Work with tools such as LangChain, LangGraph
  • Handle deployment, performance monitoring, and observability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in backend or full-stack engineering with a backend focus
  • Advanced proficiency in Python
  • Production experience with LLMs (not academic or demo-only work)
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG Pipelines, and agent frameworks
  • Knowledge of async programming, observability, APIs, and service architecture
  • Background in ML engineering is a strong plus
Must be self-managed in a contractor setting (no leave/benefits provided)
