Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across our cleaning services and special projects division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.

This role is best suited for candidates aged 28-35 years, preferably residing on the Mainland and within close proximity to Magodo, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial and residential sectors.

*Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

*Build strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

*Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and service quotations.

*Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

*Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs.

*Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports.*Requirements:

*Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

*Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in cleaning/facility management is a plus).

*Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

*Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

*Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

*Age bracket: 28 - 35 years.

*Must reside on the Mainland and within close distance to Shangisha (e.g., Ketu, Magodo, Ojota, Ikeja, Maryland, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦120,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Higher National Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • related: 2 years (Preferred)
