Nursery School Teacher

We are looking for a warm, creative, and dedicated Nursery School Teacher to guide the early learning journey of children aged 3-5. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive socially, emotionally, and intellectually. The role involves planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons through play-based learning, fostering curiosity, and building a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Youll also be expected to maintain daily routines and collaborate with parents to ensure every childs well-being and development.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that support early childhood development.
• Use play-based and hands-on activities to teach foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, and social interaction.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and caring environment where children feel secure and valued.
• Encourage creativity, exploration, and positive peer interactions.
• Monitor and assess each childs progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
• Manage daily classroom routines and transitions effectively.
• Maintain open communication with parents about childrens development, behavior, and milestones.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff development and school programs.

Requirements:

• NCE, B.Ed., or BSc in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 1-year teaching experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles
• Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic personality
• Effective classroom management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
