Online TV Manager

Job Summary:

RealBet Nigeria is seeking a creative and strategic Online TV Manager to oversee the planning, production, and management of our online streaming content. This role involves developing engaging live and recorded video content that promotes our brand, drives audience engagement, and keeps viewers informed and entertained about sports, games, and betting trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies for RealBet Nigerias online TV and streaming platforms.
• Plan and produce live shows, match previews, betting tips, interviews, and post-match analyses.
• Coordinate with hosts, presenters, production crew, and content creators.
• Manage livestreams and video uploads across all relevant digital platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Monitor analytics and viewer engagement to optimize content performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, major sports events, and betting activities.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, compliance regulations, and broadcast quality standards.
• Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and design teams for promotion and distribution.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital content production, broadcasting, or online media management.
• Strong knowledge of sports (especially football) and sports betting trends.
• Proficiency with video editing software, streaming platforms, and production tools.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A creative mind with a passion for sports and digital media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
