We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Operations Assistant Job Location: Ketu, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

• We are seeking Operations Assistants who will play a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination between our vendors, factory, and operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who are hands-on, organized, and proactive, with a passion for driving efficiency across the supply and production chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance to daily factory and operational activities
• Monitor, track, and report vendor operations and performance
• Supervise and optimize end-to-end vendor activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Collaborate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to vendor interactions and supply movements

Requirements

• A First Degree in any relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or vendor coordination, preferably in a fashion or manufacturing environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both day and night shifts as required.
