As we expand, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to manage order fulfillment, oversee team performance, and implement strategies to boost sales and brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of market trends, and the ability to optimize operations for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Market & Brand Leadership
• Track industry trends and competitors to position Big Bones BBQ as a market leader.
• Execute marketing campaigns and promotions to boost sales and brand visibility.
• Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and activations.
• Order Management & Fulfillment
• Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of all customer orders.
• Oversee delivery operations for speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Experience & Satisfaction
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
• Stakeholder & Team Management
• Coordinate with cooks, packaging, and dispatch teams for seamless operations.
• Supervise staff, assign tasks, and track performance.
• Financial & Administrative Duties
• Operate within budget and optimize resource use.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and inventory reports.
• Support administrative tasks to ensure business continuity.
• Other Duties
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the CEO

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in operations, sales, or a supervisory role in the food & beverage industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management tools.
• Candidate must reside close to Orchid Road, Lagos.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦130,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
