Partnerships Lead (Hospitals and Health Care)

JOB OVERVIEW:

Our Client is is a technology company powering hospitals and care centers to deliver quality healthcare to patients in emerging markets. They are seeking to hire a Partnerships Lead.

As the Partnerships Lead, you will work directly with the Vice President of Growth, Partnerships & Innovation to drive strategic partnerships and market innovative healthcare solutions to long-term stakeholders, ultimately contributing to the Organizations mission and bottom line.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the VP of Growth to develop and market innovative products.
• Create high-quality stakeholder materials including briefs, grant proposals, position papers, and impact reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with both existing and potential partners.
• Manage and regularly update the partner database.
• Stay current on industry trends and events to identify opportunities for engagement.

Requirements:

• Background in medical, health, or public health.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in grants and partnerships within the development or healthcare sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent project management, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• High emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset.
