Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Design and execute strategic recruitment plans to source top talent efficiently.

  • Design and manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Work with hiring managers to draft compelling job briefs and job descriptions that attract high-quality candidates.

  • Launch, promote, and manage job postings across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, company website, etc.).

  • Build a robust talent pipeline with at least 5 qualified candidates per key role.

Performance Management & Learning

Work with management, team leads, and employees to develop performance frameworks, set measurable goals, and conduct appraisals to align with Platos expectations from employees.
  • Manage employee expectations and ensure Platos is delivering its promises

  • Partner with team leads to deliver consistent evaluations and foster employee growth.
  • Support leadership in creating career development pathways for employees.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction.

  • Actively monitor employee well-being, expectations, and performance through surveys and feedback sessions.

  • Foster a strong, mission-driven company culture aligned with Platos Healths values.

Payroll & Compensation Management

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, maintaining compliance with tax regulations.

  • Administer payroll using software like Seamless HR, NotchHR, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Maintain competitive compensation plans, benchmarking against industry standards.

  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including health insurance and stock options.

  • Manage performance bonuses, including a sales compensation plan

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update the People play book and employee handbooks.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

  • Use HR analytics tools to track hiring efficiency, engagement, and retention.

  • Monitor KPIs like quality of hire and forecasting accuracy to drive team success.

RequirementsQualifications

  • 5 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Talent Management.

  • Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding.

  • Knowledge of performance management systems and HR analytics.

  • Strong ability to write compelling job descriptions and job briefs.

  • Proficiency in HR software and ATS platforms, e.g, Zoho Recruit

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, compliance, and payroll management.
