Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually appealing and insightful Power BI dashboards that support Quantilums business development efforts. Additionally, you will enhance and maintain existing dashboards , ensuring they continue to deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive and visually compelling Power BI dashboards to support business development.
• Optimize existing Power BI dashboards to improve performance, usability, and insight generation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable reports.
• Connect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (SQL databases, APIs, Excel, etc.).
• Implement DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, and performance optimizations .
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all dashboards.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing BI solutions.
• Stay updated on Power BI best practices, new features, and industry trends to enhance dashboard functionality.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in developing Power BI dashboards for business intelligence and decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling in Power BI.
• Experience integrating Power BI with multiple data sources, including SQL, APIs, and cloud solutions.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles to design visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience supporting existing dashboards and optimizing performance is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or Azure Synapse Analytics .
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Familiarity with machine learning or predictive analytics.
