Procurement Intermediate

• Responsible for supporting execution and implementation with direction from leadership on vision and day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities Category Management:

• Provides support in category negotiations to gain professional expertise
• Support the creation of Request for Quotes (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs), confirming accuracy and completeness in documentation
• Assist in supplier communication and follow-up during the sourcing process
• Participate in basic negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable terms

Strategic Sourcing:

• Support in the execution of sourcing strategy for category
• Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to category performance, market trends, and supplier performance
• Support the development of category strategies under the guidance of senior team members
• Identify potential suppliers, conduct basic supplier assessments, and maintain supplier information

Demand / Supply Chain Planning:

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of goods/services
• Help in generating basic demand forecasts to support procurement decisions
• Collaborate with supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of materials

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related field
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience is required.
