Position: Procurement Officer (Telecom Industry)

Location: Lagos, IkejaSalary: ₦150,000 - ₦200,000Experience: 2-3 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management

A client in the telecom sector is hiring a Procurement Officer to handle sourcing, supplier management, and cost-effective purchasing. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and ensure seamless procurement processes in compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers/vendors
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
  • Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Maintain accurate procurement records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement needs
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal standards

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience with procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • High ethical standards and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
