Project Manager (Full Stack Development Experience)

Remuneration: N200,000 - N250,000

We are seeking a highly driven and technically proficient Project Manager with Full Stack Development experience to lead cross-functional teams in building and delivering high-impact digital products. The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with a solid foundation in front-end and back-end technologies, allowing for a deep understanding of the development process and effective collaboration with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee web or software development projects from conception through delivery.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to define clear project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical tasks and ensure accurate prioritization.
  • Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Use technical knowledge to assess risks, remove blockers, and suggest solutions during development.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and dependencies clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain technical documentation, timelines, and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years of full stack development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or .NET).
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL & NoSQL), APIs, version control (Git), and deployment pipelines.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
