Promotional Marketing Executive

A Promotional Marketing Executive at Skipper Eye-Q Hospital would be responsible for developing and implementing promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. They would work closely with the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to execute campaigns, analyze results, and optimize future strategies.

Responsibilities:

• This includes planning, executing, and managing various marketing initiatives, such as online ads, email marketing, social media campaigns, and in-store promotions.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and using data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Working closely with other teams to ensure alignment and achieve marketing objectives.
• Researching new marketing technologies, techniques, and best practices to stay competitive.
Ensuring that marketing spend is allocated effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

• BSc. in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
• Experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Understanding of market trends, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
• Experience with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
