Job Description:

The Brand Partnership Manager at D-TECH CENTRIX is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with external brands and organizations. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and execute successful marketing initiatives. This role requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of cultivating and managing successful brand partnerships.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and Research Opportunities: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential brand partnership opportunities aligned with D-TECH CENTRIXs objectives and target audience.
  • Develop and Nurture Partnerships: Proactively reach out to potential partners, build relationships, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements. Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure successful collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns, events, and joint initiatives that drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of brand partnership projects from ideation to execution. Develop project plans, set goals and timelines, and ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand partnership initiatives. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management on partnership performance and ROI.
  • Maintain Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities. Identify potential risks or challenges and propose solutions to maximize partnership success.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate partnership contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for D-TECH CENTRIX while adhering to legal and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Brand Partnership Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the education or consulting industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing strategic brand partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure partnership performance.
  • Familiarity with marketing trends, digital platforms, and social media channels.
  • Knowledge of legal and compliance considerations related to brand partnerships.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
