Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Ikeja Branch, LagosIndustry: ConstructionSalary: ₦400,000 - ₦450,000 Monthly (Based on experience)Work Schedule: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Ikeja. The ideal candidate must have 7-10 years of proven experience in quantity surveying, cost control, and construction project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage bills of quantities and tender documents.
- Conduct cost estimation, planning, and commercial risk analysis.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution.
- Evaluate and process contractor claims, payments, and variations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare detailed cost reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and building regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Membership with NIQS or other relevant professional bodies is an advantage.

Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦450,000.00 per month
