Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Marketing Manager located in Abuja. The Real Estate Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties and enhance the companys brand. Tasks include managing social media channels, creating marketing campaigns, conducting market research, coordinating with sales teams, and overseeing marketing budgets. The role also involves organizing promotional events and evaluating the performance of marketing efforts.

• Marketing Strategy, Market Research, and Digital Marketing skills
• Social Media Management and Campaign Creation skills
• Coordination with Sales Teams and Budget Management skills
• Event Organization and Performance Evaluation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
