Our team at the Elite Talent Corp Program is a dedicated group of professionals who share a common dream: to see an economically independent Africa powered by sustainable energy. We lead the next-generation energy workforce movement by running two major programs:
Talent Corp Program: A transition program for those new to the solar industry. Our SHS Program provides a one-month training course leading to roles as Solar Home System agents. We also oer Specialisation Programs, a deep dive into the solar sector lasting 3-5 months, followed by a minimum of 2 years working with solar companies. Our programs include training for Solar Installers, Customer Service Representatives, and the upcoming Senior Sales Associate program.
Elite Talent Corp Program: For seasoned professionals in the solar industry who want to be part of our community. Members have access to job opportunities, continuous professional development, and a network of fellow professionals. They pay a subscription fee and a placement fee when securing employment through us.

- Excellent communication skills: Necessary for interacting with employees across all levels of the organisation
- Proficiency in the use of Spreadsheets: Required for tasks involving data entry, document preparation, and data analysis
- Knowledge of HR practices and policies: A Basic understanding of HR concepts and principles is beneficial
- Strong multi-tasking skills: Necessary for managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Will work under supervision but may also take on independent tasks. Ability to work against �firm deadlines to achieve targets and objectives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a Recruiter and/or HR professional Basic proficiency in gathering and analysing data using Excel or other data analysis tools.
What Youll Do:
- Youll support a variety of functions—including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and data management—while getting hands-on experience with the day-to-day workings of HR.
- From maintaining employee records to helping with key HR initiatives, youll get a front-row seat to the inner workings of the company.
- Organise and support company events such as the Happy Hour, Off Sites, and other HR initiatives
- Assists with the New Employee Onboarding Check-ins program Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives
