Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Chef, located in Lagos. The Restaurant Chef will be responsible for overseeing food preparation and cooking, ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are maintained, and managing food service operations. Daily tasks include crafting and executing menus, preparing ingredients, coordinating kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Skills in Food Preparation and Hygiene
• Proficiency in Cooking and Culinary Skills
• Experience in Food Service operations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
