Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salary Loan Sales Executive, located in Ibadan with some work-from-home flexibility. The Salary Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new client accounts, maintaining relationships with existing clients, managing the loan application process from inception to approval, conducting market research to understand client needs, and advising clients on loan products that best meet their financial requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
• Knowledge of Financial Services and Loan Products
• Strong Market Research and Analysis skills
• Effective Communication and Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Experience within the financial sector is a plus
