Job description:

A Sales Admin typically supports the sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process.

Heres a comprehensive job description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry: Accurately enter sales data, customer information, and orders into the companys CRM system or database.

2. Sales Order Processing: Process sales orders, including creating invoices, tracking shipments, and resolving any discrepancies.

3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to the sales team as needed.

4. Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to the sales team and management.

5. Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing sales materials.

6. Lead Management: Manage and distribute leads to the sales team, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.

7. Contract Administration: Assist with contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and tracking contracts.

8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

9. Communication: Maintain effective communication with the sales team, customers, and other stakeholders.

10. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Administrative experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing environment.

2. CRM knowledge: Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

3. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Organizational skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.

5. Analytical skills: Basic analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and provide insights.

6. Customer service skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and providing solutions.

7. A good understanding Of Quick Book Excel Application, Business Enterprise Application and Powerpoint Preparation.

High school diploma: Minimum Undergraduate Degree or equivalent required.

Business administration, marketing, or a related field is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
