Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Akure. The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our property listings. Daily tasks will include meeting with potential buyers, conducting property tours, responding to client inquiries, and assisting in the negotiation processes to secure sales. The role will also involve preparing sales documentation and collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Real Estate market and Property Development
• Proficiency in preparing Sales Documentation and conducting Property Tours
• Strong Negotiation skills and the ability to close sales
• Ability to work on-site in Akure
• Previous experience in a sales role is beneficial
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
