As a Sales Associate you are responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, ultimately contributing to the organization success

Responsibilities:

• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals, actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
• Customer Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and providing product recommendations.
• Sales Transactions: Process purchases accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle various payment methods, and manage cash register operations.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and availability to effectively inform and guide customers.
