We are looking for a top-performing Sales Closer who thrives in fast-growth environments, understands the K-12 landscape deeply, and can convert interest into revenue — with speed and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales funnel — from qualified leads to close — with schools and education groups.
- Effectively present, demo, and communicate Curris value proposition to key school decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with school owners, administrators, and education stakeholders.
- Collaborate with customer success and marketing teams to optimize onboarding and upsells. Report weekly sales pipeline, forecasted closes, and client feedback.
Core Competencies
- Proven Sales Success: At least 5+ years of closing experience in EdTech, SaaS, or K-12 sales.
- Deep K-12 Knowledge: Understands school buying cycles, stakeholder concerns, and pain points.
- Consultative Selling: Ability to deeply understand needs and position Curri as the must-have solution.
- High Ownership: Self-driven, accountable, and outcome focused.
- Relationship Builder: Able to establish trust and influence with school leadership teams.
KPIs
- Close at least 20% of active trialing schools into paying customers.
- Achieve an average sales cycle of less than 30 days from demo to contract.
- Maintain CRM hygiene with 100% lead status updates and notes.
