Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Bluedutch is currently seeking dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Marketers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate products especially lands, with a strong focus on achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Location: Lagos Island (with potential assignments outside Lagos State)

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Compensation: Competitive Net Salary with % on sales + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell Bluedutchs lands and land banking products

• Generate leads and convert prospects to clients through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online marketing.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Liaise with potential clients for site inspections and follow up to ensure closure.

• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.

• Submit regular reports on leads, prospects, and closed deals.

• Meet monthly sales targets and report performance in team meetings.

• Prepare and submit regular marketing reports to the Business Development Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate marketing or sales, especially within the Lagos Island, Ibeju Lekki and EPE axis.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Result-driven with a passion for sales and marketing.

• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

• Must have an existing client base or strong network within the industry.
