Sales Marketing Officer

• Minimum Qualification :

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and creating effective marketing strategies that promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email marketing, events).

• Manage and grow Stamfordhams online presence.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product development, operations) to align sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2+ years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and social media management.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
