o implement the complete student recruitment sales process in order to meet or exceed set targets. This includes proactive engagement through student visits (e.g., open days), telephone consultations, lead nurturing, and relationship management
Key Responsibilities
- Convert sales enquiries (referrals, online leads, walk-ins) into student registrations to meet weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Contact and follow up with prospective students, nurturing leads through each stage of the sales pipeline.
- Maintain a daily tracker of prospective students and identify necessary next steps to move them through the enrollment process.
- Complete all sales administration accurately and promptly, including capturing inquiries and lead details within 2 days.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students and parents to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Continuously identify and develop new sources for potential student leads.
- Provide regular, qualified reports on sales activity and progress.
- Ensure all databases are current and accurate.
- Plan and execute weekly/monthly schedules aligned with the sales master plan.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of program offerings, benefits, and features to effectively match them to student needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote opportunities and share insights.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
- Operate independently and take initiative to drive results.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum: Matric (Grade 12)
- Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a sales or student recruitment role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and go the extra mile
- Own transport is essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
