We seek a dynamic, intelligent and experienced School Principal to lead our institution into a new phase of excellence and innovation. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with extensive experience in managing a first-class international school and a proven track record of upholding high educational standards.

• Experience Level : Senior level
• Experience Length : 5 years
• Working Hours : Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Oversee academic policies and curriculum planning for the College of Nursing.
• Lead accreditation and continuous improvement processes to ensure the highest standards of education.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance faculty development and student success.
• Manage budgeting, planning, and administrative functions within the college.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages research and scholarly activities.
• Engage with community and healthcare partners to expand clinical opportunities for students and faculty.
Represent the College of Nursing at national and international forums.

Requirements:

• Minimum of masters in nursing or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of academic leadership experience in higher education, with a strong preference for experience in nursing education.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing academic programs.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills, with a capacity to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong record of scholarship and research in the field of nursing.
