Senior Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our furniture manufacturing operations. The General Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, improving efficiency, ensuring product quality, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, quality control, and logistics.
  • Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage department heads (Production and Sales.).
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Identify training needs and support employee development.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals and growth targets.
  • Monitor KPIs and financial performance; take corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify market trends and new business opportunities in the furniture industry.
  • Financial Oversight:
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures.
  • Work closely with finance to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Sales & Marketing Support:
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to expand market presence.
  • Support key client relationships and negotiations as needed.
  • Compliance & Quality:
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain high-quality standards across all products and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and P&L management.
  • Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and modern manufacturing technologies.
