About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer with expertise in WordPress, PHP, and Laravel to join our remote team. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications while ensuring seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch, ensuring high performance and security.

✔ Build and maintain Laravel-based applications with a focus on front-end integration.

✔ Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (React/Vue.js if needed).

✔ Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.

✔ Troubleshoot and debug front-end and back-end issues, ensuring smooth functionality.

✔ Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

✔ Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

✔ Follow best coding practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows.

✔ Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 5+ years of experience in WordPress & PHP development (custom themes/plugins).

✅ Strong expertise in Laravel for full-stack or front-end-heavy applications.

✅ Advanced JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, AJAX, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Vue.js is a plus).

✅ Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Sass/Less, Tailwind CSS, and Bootstrap.

✅ Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and headless WordPress/Laravel setups.

✅ Knowledge of Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn, and front-end build tools.

✅ Strong understanding of performance optimization, security best practices, and accessibility (WCAG).

✅ Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and Agile/Scrum workflows.

✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

? Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms.

? Familiarity with Docker, DevOps, and server management (AWS, Laravel Forge).

? Knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, or Nuxt.js.
