The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage the recruitment, training, and performance management functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, designing and coordinating training programs, and driving a culture of high performance.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain top talent.
- Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs, write compelling job descriptions, and define candidate specifications.
- Manage diverse recruitment channels including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
- Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments while ensuring a professional and efficient hiring experience.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in recruitment.
- Conduct training needs assessments through performance reviews, feedback sessions, and job analysis.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee capabilities and align with business needs.
- Facilitate internal workshops, coordinate with external training providers, and monitor participation and engagement.
- Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and productivity improvements.
- Align training initiatives with organizational goals and employee retention strategies.
- Develop and manage robust performance appraisal systems and review processes.
- Collaborate with line managers to define KPIs and role-specific performance goals.
- Oversee mid-year and annual performance reviews, ensuring transparency and consistency.
- Train and guide managers in conducting constructive performance evaluations.
- Analyze review outcomes and recommend development plans, promotions, and succession planning.
- Generate regular HR reports, including recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire), training effectiveness, and performance review data.
- Leverage HR analytics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies across all functions. Continuously review and improve HR systems and processes to increase efficiency and impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree or HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on recruitment, performance management, and training.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for diverse roles and managing large-scale recruitment campaigns.
- Experience in designing and delivering effective training and performance management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS tools.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
