We are looking for a creative, strategic, and customer-focused Social Media Handler to lead and elevate our online presence across all major platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content, fostering meaningful community engagement, and ensuring a consistent, positive brand experience for our audience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall brand identity and business objectives.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging, high-quality content (including text, images, and videos) across all relevant social media platforms.
  • Monitor social channels daily to identify trends, engagement opportunities, and potential customer concerns.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, mentions, and inquiries to foster positive community interactions.
  • Manage and protect the brands online reputation by addressing feedback, concerns, and complaints in a timely and thoughtful manner.
  • Serve as a bridge between the brand and its online community, fostering trust, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with customer support and sales teams to escalate issues and ensure swift, effective resolution of customer concerns.
  • Track and report on customer sentiment, social listening insights, and recurring issues to help inform strategy and improve user experience.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and prepare detailed monthly reports on engagement, growth, and community feedback.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships, user-generated content initiatives, and loyalty campaigns to boost reach and brand advocacy.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in customer engagement and digital communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, online community engagement, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and online reputation management.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, empathetic tone.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with customer engagement tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or social CRM systems) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle feedback and resolve conflict in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand voice consistency.
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing time-sensitive situations across multiple platforms.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Customer Service, or related field is preferred.
