Job Title: Social Media Manager and Content Creator (Makeup Enthusiast)

Salary: ₦120,000 - ₦150,000 per month

Our client is a Nigerian beauty brand empowering individuals through high-quality and inclusive makeup products. Were seeking a creative and passionate makeup enthusiast to be the face of the brand on social media.

Job Summary:

Were looking for a makeup-loving content creator and social media manager to develop engaging makeup-related content, manage our social media presence, and grow our online community. As a makeup enthusiast, youll create tutorials, product demos, and behind-the-scenes content that showcases your creativity and passion for makeup.

Must have a strong sense of personal style, and ideally record content in an aesthetically pleasing space. The right candidate understands how to build connection, stay ahead of social trends, and create engaging content that reflects and elevates our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality makeup content (tutorials, product demos, etc.) for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

• Host regular live sessions on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to educate, entertain, and interact with our audience.
• Record and produce high-quality video content, including tutorials, product demos, brand updates, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Serve as the brands on-screen personality across digital platforms with a consistent, polished appearance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, script, and execute content calendars and campaigns.
• Respond to social media DMs, comments, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement.
• Stay up to date with platform trends, viral content formats, and content best practices to keep our brand relevant and competitive.
• Track content performance metrics (views, engagement, shares, reach) and provide actionable insights.
• Contribute visuals or ideas to email marketing efforts, including newsletters and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brands voice, tone, and visual identity.

Requirements:

- Must be a makeup enthusiast with a strong passion for creating makeup content

- Proven experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms

- Familiarity with editing tools and apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Canva)

- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse audiences

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in beauty or makeup content creation

- Ability to write catchy captions and hooks

- Familiarity with social media analytics tools

- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
