Social Media Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Manager to oversee the creation, management, and engagement of a network of Reddit accounts. You will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and activity of our Reddit presence, promoting models through engaging, non-explicit content. This is a hybrid compensation role offering a base salary along with performance-based commissions tied to your posting and commenting activity.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain multiple Reddit accounts while adhering to platform policies.
• Manage daily Reddit posting and commenting to promote visibility and engagement.
• Strategically schedule and diversify content across various subreddits.
• Monitor account activity to ensure the long-term sustainability of each profile.
• Report on content performance and engagement metrics.
Stay informed about Reddit trends, policies, and community guidelines.

Requirements:

• Experience managing or engaging with Reddit communities is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Reddits rules, subreddits, karma system, and community behavior.
• Basic understanding of content strategy and audience targeting.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, authentic posts.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Prior experience in social media management or content promotion is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
