Reliable storekeeper needed to manage auto parts inventory and supplies. Will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and keeping records of all items in the store. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Keep track of all parts and supplies coming in and going out of the store.
• Receive, label, and store items properly.
• Issue parts and supplies to the workshop or other departments when needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and do regular stock counts.
• Reorder items to make sure the store is always well-stocked.
• Report any missing, damaged, or extra items.
• Help prepare inventory reports and support audits when needed.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Work with suppliers and other departments to sort out order or delivery issues.
Follow company policies and safety rules in the store area.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Store Keeper or in a similar role (automotive or workshop experience is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping.
• Comfortable using inventory software and Excel.
• Good attention to detail and recordkeeping.
• Able to organize work and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
