Were hiring a Strategy & Operations Analyst to support the leadership team across a group of fast-growing ventures—including a digital services firm, a gifting brand, and our nonprofit initiatives.

This is a high-impact, high-trust role for a versatile individual who can blend creativity, structure, and strategy. Youll work closely with the founder to shape content, drive execution, manage projects, and help organise events that empower both clients and the next generation of tech talent.

What Youll Do

• Support with digital outreach and content creation using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, InShot, CapCut

• Plan and manage webinars, workshops, and youth tech events

• Support internal operations and strategic management across our businesses, legal tracking, and project dashboards

• Assist with copywriting, proposals, and editing our materials across the group

• Manage timelines, team comms, bookkeeping and compliance
