Technical IT Support

Experience: 3-5 years Salary Expectation: Competitive, based on experience Availability: Immediate Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical IT Support professional with 3-5 years of experience to provide technical assistance and support for our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be based in Abuja and will ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and support day-to-day IT needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and devices. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for staff and departments. Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and infrastructure. Provide training and guidance to users on software and hardware usage. Manage IT inventory and ensure timely upgrades or replacements. Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user manuals. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar). Experience in agriculture-related IT systems is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in a range of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and network configurations. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Abuja-based candidates only.
