Our client, a reputable and fast-growing tech-driven organization, is looking to fill the role of:

Job Title: TECHNICAL RECRUITER

Job Summary

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier tech talent to support the companys growth and innovation goals. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver timely, high-quality hires.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-performing technical talent and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles such as Data Center Engineers.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills and cultural fit, coordinating assessments and interviews and partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Maintain and manage a talent pipeline using ATS and other recruitment tools and schedule and coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and support offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Provide regular recruitment metrics and progress updates to internal stakeholders and stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a recruiter, with at least 2 years focused on technical/IT roles.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and technical skillsets (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL, cloud platforms).
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Jira) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).

N600,000- N800,000 Net
