Technical Support Engineer

• Minimum Qualification :

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the technical support and service work for the headquarters to connect with overseas regions;
• Follow up business opportunities, facilitate the implementation of pre-sales projects, and work with local teams to complete KPIs;
• Lead the product access compliance management in the responsible region;
• Product training, explore customer needs and pain points, and cooperate with sales staff to complete distributor product training;
• Product management, push the R&D department and the marketing department to complete the release of overseas products and related documents;
Cooperate with local sales team to provide necessary support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electronics, communication, fluent in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing, which can be used as a working language;
• More than 2 years of experience in product technical support, relevant work experience in the security industry is preferred, and familiarity with network technology is preferred;
• Good communication skills, service awareness and document writing skills, rigorous, meticulous and hard-working;
Accept overseas business trips or permanent residences.
