Telemarketing Sales Representative

We are an IT Solutions firm dedicated to helping clients leverage Information Technology to Increase profitability & efficiency. We are currently looking to recruit a enthusiastic Telemarketer that is result oriented and self-motivated. You will be required to work from our office in Ikeja.

Role Overview

• As a Telemarketer, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Present and promote products/services clearly and effectively.
• Identify customer needs and tailor recommendations accordingly.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and sales in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Ability to generate and follow up leads. What Were Looking For
• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
• Ability to communicate both oral and written fluently.
• Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay resilient.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
