Job Summary

As the Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that support employee development and organizational growth. This role focuses on talent development, knowledge management, and continuous learning across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate employee performance and identify skill gaps and determine training needs aligned with organizational goals.

• Design and manage quarterly and annual training programs and plan and present all technical and supply-related training requirements.

• Monitor employee attendance and performance during training sessions and track and measure employee progress and training success.

• Develop and deliver engaging training courses and implement training KPIs and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-5 years as a Training Specialist or in a similar role.

• Experience designing and delivering training programs/workshops and proficiency in leading a full training cycle.

• Strong understanding of talent management and succession planning.
