Training Sales Executive

Were seeking an experienced Training Sales Executive to drive sales of training programs to firms and organizations within the South West region and potentially across Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering training briefs and recruitment briefs on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the South West region and beyond.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.3. Develop and deliver compelling training briefs and recruitment briefs on a monthly basis.4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business, Sales, Marketing, etc.).2. Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:1. Experience in selling training programs or services.2. Knowledge of the Nigerian business landscape.3. Familiarity with sales methodologies and tools.
