Company Description

Evans Industries Limited is an indigenous manufacturer of Eva Complexion Care Soap and Meditol Antiseptic Soap, offering a range of soap variants to meet various needs. It is a subsidiary of Ekulo Group of Companies, established in July 3, 1984.

Job Description

Maintain and monitor the accuracy of inventory and timely replenishment.

Ensure all documentations related to responsibility are accurately processed, distributed and released to all concerned in a timely manner.

Ensures all responsibilities are complied with any company policy, systems, and industry.

Ensure that workings are in compliance with HSE&Q standards and policy

Invoicing / Billing to support the payment process

Report all warehouse activities on stock inventory, fees and pallets kept at warehouses both internal and external.

To ensure physical stock is correct in comparison to the system and explain variances.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in Logistics/ Warehousing management.

Bachelor degree in any field

Good communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft application program
