We are seeking a motivated and result driven Account Executive to join our team.

• Minimum Qualification : Degree
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years
• Working Hours : Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Daily post transactions into the enterprise solution (Odoo system).
• Daily maintain records for company-wide sales.
• Daily confirm customer payment for the sales outlets.
• Daily retrieve bank balances and submit the same to management.
• Daily review and follow-up on inventory entry posting.
• Weekly analysis of expenses for review by the accountant.
• Weekly Collate Petty Cash report from the sales outlets for review by the accountant.
• Monthly perform bank reconciliation statements for all card accounts.
• Monthly review of inventory reports from the wholesale outlets..
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.Perform other ad hoc duties as may be assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate willingness to learn on the job and follow through a professional career path.
• He/She must be attentive to details
• Must be ready to multitask, given the environment of a startup.
• Willing to keep pace with the use of modern accounting control tools, procedures and practices.
• Be conversant with the use of accounting and/or Enterprise solutions (Odoo, SAP, Sage enterprise solutions).
• Possess at a minimum a foundation stage of ICAN or ATS 3 with a BSc in accounting.
• Excellent Communication and writing skills.
